"Support was okay, just a bit slow"
I had to reach out to setinsoul.com about my order and, well, they did get back to me. It just wasn’t very quick. Each reply took a couple of days, which was a little frustrating. But they were polite when they responded, so, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just one that could’ve been faster.

"Personalization came out really well"
I was happy with the personalization. It matched exactly what I typed, and there weren’t any weird spelling mistakes or missing details. I thought it might be just okay at first, or actually, better than okay because it really felt like they paid attention. Super simple, but it came out just how I wanted.

"Not worth the price, like I said"
I feel like I spent way too much for what I ended up getting. Like I said, I was expecting something nicer for the price, but in person it just felt kind of cheap. The quality didn’t really line up with what I paid, and like I said, I just expected better. I wouldn’t buy from setinsoul.com again...

"I ordered from Set In Soul once..."
I ordered from Set In Soul once, and I don’t know why, but I was expecting the shipping to be a little quicker. It ended up taking longer than I hoped, though the tracking did update and the package showed up fine. Nothing was damaged or anything, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just probably wouldn’t count on it if I needed something fast
